Why X-23 Should Replace Logan In The X-Films

It's without question that Laura will appear in the upcoming Wolverine movie called Logan. But what does this mean for future installments? There has been alot of speculation as to who should be recast as Logan but as far as I'm concerned I personally feel that the film character should retire with Hugh Jackman and Laura takes over. And here's why.

Fox Is Taking A Risk:

With all this talk about diversity and more movies starring superheroines. If Fox have Laura become the new Wolverine then they're not only willing to take a risk they're saying to the audience we are willing to have a female heroine star in our X-Movies,in the event we get a new Wolverine movie featuring Laura. Which makes Fox appear not so hesitant in having a female led superhero film when compared to Diz Marv.

Fresher Storylines:

Ask yourself this. Do you want another rehash of the Wolverine/Sabertooth feud and a Wolverine/Jean/Scott love triangle? Or to you want a fresh story involving a young girl whose story is less about her regaining her memories but more about trying to find herself in a world that hates mutants. IDK about most of you but Laura's arc could open up alot of interesting possibilities.

What better closure than passing his legacy to Laura?
